I searched the term “Pfizer endotoxin” on DuckDuckGo and 6 of the top 10 entries were your substack articles. Another 3 were articles about Pfizer’s Endosafe endotoxin testing platform.
I searched endotoxin in vaccines and found articles on PubMed going back to the 1970s.
I read the Wikipedia entry on endotoxins and found it to be relatively free of the pro-vaccine narrative which is found elsewhere in Wikipedia.
I also read the entry on depryogenation, the process of removal of pyrogens from pharmaceuticals.
Is there something about the manufacturing process of MRNA vaccines which makes it difficult/impossible to remove endotoxins? Or have they just been incredibly sloppy because of Operation Warp Speed?
Thanks very much Alan. The Depyrogenation article mentions my distant cousin Frederik Bang, famous for the Horseshoe Crab exploitation. As you see, searching has to include LPS. Then one has to sort grain from chaff and look for the deadliest, smallest Endotoxin fragment Lipid A. You won't find many Moderna or Pfizer executives willing to be interviewed on that topic. BioNTech warned us in 2014 that Endotoxin is their main headache and used Diafiltration/Ultrafiltration with a hole size of 0.2 micron, which stops none of the Lipid A. Pfizer was so profit oriented that it reused membrane filters after soaking in Sodium Hydroxide. Because they wanted to isolate delicate circular DNA by blasting open the E coli, they could not emply various Depyrogenation techniques. Then they had to linearize the DNA, then make the mRNA from that. In short the soup remained toxic at all stages.

So the four sources of toxicity in these products are
- the spike protein itself
- the LNPs which carry the mRNA around the body
- DNA plasmid contaminants
- endotoxins
