Endotoxins in Pfizer jabs mimic Nickel Allergy
A subset of VAERS reports in people with Nickel allergy show Death, Anaphylaxis, Clots and Heart damage after Pfizer jabs. 93% of the victims are women. NETosis is a common mechanism of harm.
NETosis is caused by Nickel and Endotoxins
The common toxin entry point for Nickel and Endotoxins is the TLR4 on the surface of various cells. Here I discuss the process of NETosis, a primary mechanism involved in Blood Clotting that can lead to Stroke, Heart Damage and numerous other harms to multiple organs. Do Pfizer Bad Batches contain more Nickel or Endotoxin?
In a previous article I suggested the high frequency of Adverse Reactions to Saline Placebo in jab trials could be caused by Nickel and/or Chromium allergy because stainless steel syringe needles are known to leave shards of metal behind in the arm muscle.1
Pfizer makes DNA template for jab Manufacturing Process 2 for mRNA BNT162b using modified DH10B Escherichia coli.
E Coli produce Endotoxins (also known as LipoPolySaccharides LPS) that cause a plethora of toxic effects on exposure to picogram quantities2, including:
Anaphylaxis (often Fatal, see below)
Syncope
Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia
Brain damage
Cancer activation and metastasis
Damage to the Hypothalamic–Pituitary–Gonadal (HPG) axis which is primarily responsible for regulating reproductive activity and the release of ovarian hormones in animals and humans, including uterine contractions during Menstruation.
To 15 April 2022, Pfizer reported the following numbers of victims known to them to have suffered:

Endotoxins act on 73 Human genes to cause multiple pathways to inflammation.3
A sample of 1,690 Pfizer VAERS reports for those with Nickel Allergy
My friend Openvaet4 kindly used his data mining skills last year to download Adverse Events reports from the US VAERS database for cases where Nickel allergy was mentioned in the text. Many of these were “Foreign Reports” which have been subsequently edited to remove details.
There were reports for 1,561 Women (93%), 115 Men and 14 where gender was unknown. Women are more frequently allergic to Nickel due to exposure to alloy plated jewelry.5
Here is a record, submitted by Pfizer to VAERS, for a 44 year-old woman from Austria who died of Anaphylactic shock after her Pfizer jab with Batch number EJ6797.
She was jabbed on 19 January 2021 and suffered Anaphylaxis, Flushing, Itching, Exanthema on her face, trunk and forearms, wheals, furry feeling in her tongue and a strange taste 12 minutes after the jab. She was injected with adrenaline and sent home later with another adrenaline syringe to self-administer if required.
Follow-up showed the woman died of “Sudden Death” within a few days.

She suffered Facial paralysis, left Homonymous Lateral Hemianopsia, Bilateral Miosis, cessation of cerebral circulation, Coma. Cause of death was Ischemic Stroke.
EX6537 - 77 year-old woman in Sweden
She experienced severe pain that moved around her body, hip, legs, back and shoulders.
FC0681 - 58 year-old woman in Switzerland (possible duplicate, see EY3014)
Large intestinal haemorrhage.
ER2659 - 48 year-old woman in Germany
She suffered Nausea, Back pain, Vomiting Blood (Haematemesis), Decreased Appetite, Dysphonia, Fatigue, Tiredness, Exhaustion, metastatic Lung Cancer not visible before the jab.
FA5833 - 51 year-old woman in Germany after her 2nd dose
She died from Pulmonary Embolism and Thrombosis, confirmed by autopsy.
EY3014 - 58 year-old woman in Switzerland
She suffered intestinal Hemorrhage.
Lot unknown - 61 year-old woman in Germany after her 3rd dose
She suffered Angina pectoris, Chills, Diarrhoea, Vomiting and Died of Myocardial Infarction.
Lot unknown - 74 year-old woman in Germany after her 2nd dose
Caught and possibly died of Covid19, doctors found “almost no antibodies”.
Neutrophil Extracellular Traps (NETs)
NETs are networks of extracellular fibers (see illustration above), primarily composed of DNA from neutrophils, histones and proteolytic enzymes, which can have diameters as large as 50 nanometers. Their formation is a defensive response that normally leads to engulfment of microbes and secretion of anti-microbial compounds. Interleukin 8 is one of the chemokines involved.
Here we see both Nickel and Endotoxin (LPS from Escherichia coli 026:B6) increase IL-8 in Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVECs).
Endotoxins need the cofactor Lymphocyte antigen 96, also known as Myeloid Differentiation factor 2 (MD-2)6 to enter Human Embryonic Kidney (HEK293) cells via the TLR4–human MD2 (hTLR4–hMD2) complex.7
NET formation is promoted by activated platelets and can in turn activate platelets, thus favoring Thrombosis.
Citrullinated Histone 3 (citH3) is a marker for the presence of NETs.8
Myeloperoxidase (MPO) in NETS
Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is a proteolytic, Calcium dependent, enzyme expressed in neutrophil granulocytes that produces hypochlorous acid (HOCl from Hydrogen Peroxide and Chloride ions), as a means of killing bacteria. It is a tetrameric protein incorporating a heme pigment, which causes its green color in secretions rich in neutrophils, such as mucus and sputum. The molecular weight is about 150 kDa.9
MPO also oxidizes tyrosine to tyrosyl radical, which is cytotoxic.
Excess production of MPO can damage host tissue through inflammation and apoptosis.
Vasculitis caused by MPO
Antibodies against MPO are known as Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCAs). Screening for them is a useful diagnostic tool for necrotizing vasculitis.10
MPO is a marker for Chest Pain Heart Damage
The mRNA jabs from Pfizer and Moderna have sent countless thousands of people to seek medical investigation after they suffered Chest Pain.
Elevated Myeloperoxidase levels greatly increase the risk for cardiovascular mortality. MPO alone, or preferably in combination with C-reactive protein are used in diagnosis.1112
Toll-Like Receptor 4 initiation of NETosis
In 2007 it was shown that Platelet TLR4 activates NETs to ensnare bacteria in septic blood.13
NETosis and Stroke
NETs form important constituents of cerebral thrombi. DNase 1 has been proposed as a possible prothrombolytic treatment of acute ischemic stroke.1415
Tumor-Induced NETosis leads to Metastasis
There is increasing interest in the sudden appearance of Cancers after Pfizer jabs, which might be a result of Metastasis of known or suppressed cancers.16 These have been called "Turbo Cancers".
Bad Batches identified by Pfizer
In a report dated Pfizer identified a very high number of Adverse Reaction reports for some Lot numbers.17
The highest number of cases was for Lot EL1484, one of the lots known to have high Particle count (see following Table).
It is interesting to see also that they used fully automated “visual inspection” to reject vials flowing along the production line.18
Note that Lot EJ 6795 caused the Death of one of the ladies considered above who died of Anaphylactic shock.
What were the particles? I suspect they were Stainless Steel.

As a model we used two neurovirulent viruses that lack neuroinvasive capacity: West Nile virus-25 (WN-25) and neuroadapted Sindbis virus (SVN). ... We suggest that LPS can contribute to virus penetration from the blood into the CNS, a process which turns a mild viral infection into a severe lethal encephalitis. This effect is mediated by soluble factors, and is probably achieved by injury to cerebral microvascular endothelium and modulation of BBB permeability."
