Stevens-Johnson Syndrome caused by Endotoxin in Jabs
Australian researchers report a surge in horrific Skin damage correlates with both Covid19 cases and Jab doses. Endotoxin Cytokine Storm is involved.
Recently I asked readers to name a disease that can’t be linked to Endotoxin in Covid19 jabs, and one suggested Tinea (but see below). So I have been quietly gathering material on damage to our largest organ, namely Skin, by the Covid19 jabs.
Australian researchers report a surge in horrific Skin damage correlates with both Covid19 cases and Jab doses and published this picture of a Stevens-Johnson lady victim in New South Wales and a section of her biopsy.1 She was double vaccinated with mRNA jab and also suffered Gout.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) also known as Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN, also known as Lyell or Lyell’s Syndrome) is a rare, potentially life threatening hypersensitivity reaction.
Stanley and coworkers cover 8 of the SJS/TEN 14 victims seen in a Burns unit. One was Quadruple jabbed with previous doses of both viral vector (AstraZeneca) and mRNA. One had a mRNA jab three weeks prior to onset and 2 shots of AstraZeneca before that. Three victims were Triple jabbed with mRNA and three were Double jabbed with mRNA.

Pfizer Lyell’s Syndrome Death
Here is a tragic case of VAERS database entry bungling from France transferred to US and not reported by Pfizer in its June 2022 Report.
A 71-year-old lady was jabbed with her second Pfizer shot on 6 August 2021 and died of Lyell’s Syndrome two weeks later. Jabs date incorrectly entered as 1 June 2017!
Very few Investigations
In the Pfizer 2022 document we see
Alpha Tumour Necrosis Factor increased 2;
Biopsy skin abnormal 2
So few relevant investigations out of about 224,633 of Skin cases.
Light stimulated Stevens-Johnson Syndrome
A recent review3 of drug related SJS/TEN appearing within 24 hours of UV exposure demonstrates an interesting synergy, similar to some photon-induced Fluorine drug reactions. This review provides a useful guide to mechanism of Skin damage by Light and Endotoxin.
Ultraviolet light induces Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) secretion by keratinocytes, resulting in increased Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1 (ICAM-1) expression. This attracts CD8 + T cells with associated high expression of Granzyme, Perforin, and Fas ligand (FasL, CD95L. CD178). FasL binds to receptors, inducing cell Death through Caspase pathways.4
Endocan (Endothelial Cell specific molecule-1, ESM-1) and TNFα levels are both elevated in SJS/TEN patients.56 Endocan is a proteoglycan which is upregulated by TNFα, IL1β, resulting from Endotoxin. Vascular Endothelial Growth factor (VEGF) and Fibroblast Growth Factor 2 (FGF-2) promote its formation.
Endocan binds to Lymphocyte Function-Associated Antigen-1 (LFA-1) inhibiting transendothelial migration of leucocytes during inflammation and is linked to Disseminated Intravascular Coagulopathy (DIC), End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) as well as SJS/TEN.
Interferon-ϒ, Interleukin 6 (IL-6), Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 (MCP-1/CCL2), Thrombin-AntiThrombin complexes(TAT) and Prothrombin Fragment (F1.2) have also been shown to be involved in SJS/TEN, consistent with Endotoxin Cytokine Storm.7
Nitric Oxide also points to Endotoxin
A study by Lerner and coworkers discovered activation of the Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase (iNOS) pathway plays a key role in SJS/TEN.8 They used RT-PCR amplification to identify iNOS in Human Skin before visible blistering in SJS/TEN patients. iNOS is of course part of the Endotoxin Cytokine Storm.9
MicroRNAs upregulated in SCARs
A study10 of found numerous upregulated micro-RNAs in patients suffering Severe Cutaneous Adverse Reactions (SCARs) to a number of drugs. Top listed in the supplementary Table is miR-155 that I have shown is involved in jab induced Heart11 and Liver12 Diseases. microRNA miR-18 was upregulated in extracellular vesicles obtained from the most severe patients.
Jab Autoimmune Blistering Disease
Thanks to a pointer from Dr John B at Twitter, we have another study from Australia on Autoimmune Blistering Skin Diseases (AIBD) triggered or exacerbated by jabbing.13
Moderna considered SJS/TEN an AESI
Moderna14 considered SJS/TEN among “Dermatologic findings Adverse Events of Special Interest” along with Chilblain-like lesions, Single organ cutaneous vasculitis, Erythema multiforme, Bullous rashes, Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS) and Fixed-drug Eruptions - so I will delve further.
Conclusion
The SJS/TEN story should not divert attention from the massive number of Inflammatory Skin Diseases caused by the Covid19 jabs or the common mechanisms, most of which can be related to Endotoxin.
