PCR is vital in the fight to eliminate mRNA Jabs
I was trained in PCR and primer use to detect target DNA, so I could understand by learning by doing, what more expert colleagues used as an essential tool in our Genomics lab in Western Australia.
Fifth Column tried to rope in a mass following by stating PCR is useless.
Kevin McKernan relies on PCR to expose the evil in the jabs.
This creates Cognitive Dissonance.
My favourite quote from BioNTech patent WO20214204A1, filed by BioNTech SE1 and incorporating by reference in its entirety: International Application No. PCT/EP20/61239, filed April 22, 2020; and International Application No. PCT/EP20/66968, filed June 18, 2020, a paragraph not discussed in Kevin’s latest article2 is:
“Saccharolipids describe compounds in which fatty acids are linked directly to a sugar backbone, forming structures that are compatible with membrane bilayers. In the saccharolipids, a monosaccharide substitutes for the glycerol backbone present in glycerolipids and glycerophospholipids. The most familiar saccharolipids are the acylated glucosamine precursors of the Lipid A component of the lipopolysaccharides in Gram-negative bacteria. Typical lipid A molecules are disaccharides of glucosamine, which are derivatized with as many as seven fatty- acyl chains. The minimal lipopoly saccharide required for growth in E. coli is Kdo2-Lipid A, a hexa-acylated disaccharide of glucosamine that is glycosylated with two 3-deoxy-D-manno- octulosonic acid (Kdo) residues.”
That is of course why they do not need to state an “Adjuvant” on the ingredients label of their Covid19 jabs.
The Patent goes on to state:
“In some embodiments, an RNA polynucleotide disclosed herein may be administered in a pharmaceutical composition which may comprise a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and may optionally comprise one or more adjuvants, stabilizers etc. In some embodiments, a pharmaceutical composition is for therapeutic or prophylactic treatments.
The term "adjuvant" relates to a compound which prolongs, enhances or accelerates an immune response. Adjuvants comprise a heterogeneous group of compounds such as oil emulsions (e.g., Freund's adjuvants), mineral compounds (such as alum), bacterial products (such as Bordetella pertussis toxin), or immune- stimulating complexes. Examples of adjuvants include, without limitation, LPS, GP96, CpG oligodeoxynucleotides, growth factors, and cytokines, such as monokines, lymphokines, interleukins, chemokines. The cytokines may be IL1, IL2, IL3, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, IL8, IL9, IL10, IL12, IFNa, PTNGg, GM-CSF, LT-a. Further known adjuvants are aluminium hydroxide, Freund's adjuvant or oil such as Montanide® ISA51. Other suitable adjuvants for use in the present disclosure include lipopeptides, such as Pam3Cys.”
It is interesting the Patent does not use the word “Endotoxin” once, but instead uses its common synonym “LPS”. It provides clues for other toxins they might introduce in the future.
