Thanks for this article. I wonder if it is really necessary to take supplements at all, unless one is sick and cannot get enough from food. After all, people 200 years ago HAD no supplements. They did not live as long, maybe, but they probably also had no such ailments as people nowadays have. What good is it to live to 100 and be unaware for years about life?
I have a person in my family tree who lived 126 years in Scotland according to his tombstone, but some people want a paper record to substantiate it. Perhaps he drank Whiskey ?
