All the old guys there, Putin and the whole Duma, in China nobody younger than 70, some over 90, they do not too bad, also Trump, all much older then you. I use RO water filters, which we make by ourselves, since 35 years, to filter out fluorine and Iodine and all other toxins in drinking water, now we even filter our washing and showering water with RO, as it is too toxic and full of microbes coming down from the chemtrails here in Switzerland. Dirty rain, up to 100 ppm TDS at the first drops of rain (should have 5 tds hust because of CO2) . Full of microbes. And we make our tooth paste by ourselves since 30 years. Because all are fluoridinated with up to 2000 ppm, worst is Elmex Gel.
