Shingles caused by Pfizer Jabs - Endotoxin or Spike?
Shingles, which kills 1 in 1000 victims aged over 70, emerged rapidly as a direct effect of Pfizer Jabs from the beginning, so what do we know about the mechanism?
In August 2021, Queensland Health decided to tell us all about Shingles with pictures.1 They used the occasion to promote Zostavax® vaccine which “is available on prescription to people aged 50 to 69 years and from 80 years, but it must be paid for by the patient.”
This followed a surge in cases after Covid19 jabbing. They said:
If you’ve had chickenpox in the past you can develop shingles.
This is because the inactive chickenpox virus stays in your nerve cells near your spine. When shingles develops it’s because the virus has become active again. Usually, a person will only get shingles once in their lives, but it can sometimes occur again if you have a weakened immune system.
Shingles is more likely to occur in people who:
are aged over 50
have weakened immune systems, for example:
have HIV or AIDS
have had an organ transplant
have recently had a bone marrow transplant
have a condition which requires treatment that affects the immune system, such as chemotherapy for cancer.
Others on Substack have written about Shingles caused by Covid19 jabs2 and perhaps deliberate confusion with “Monkey Pox”.3
As Steve Kirsch reminded us, 1 in 1000 people aged 70+ is killed by Shingles and his reference was US NHS here.4
Quick Guide to the Literature on Jab Induced Shingles
I will be adding to this article, but here is quick list of resources for people, and especially journalists, interested in background.
In 2021 a paper, (censored by an editor after 2 reviewers gave it favorable reviews) by Kevin McKernan et al. flagged the reactivation of dormant viruses, including Shingles, by the mRNA jabs as a very worrying warning signal and pointed to possible mRNA mechanisms.5
Possibly the first paper6 from April 2021 found 1.2% of patients with autoimmune inflammatory rheumatic diseases (AIIRD) suffered Shingles.
Possibly the second peer-reviewed report of Pfizer induced Shingles published May 2021.7
Cases studies of 7 victims from June 2021, available free.8
Another from June 2021, behind a paywall, emphasizing that Pfizer jabs will make some people Blind in one or both eyes.9
Two cases in Spain, July 2021 with a lovely illustration.10
Netherlands reported details of 2 Pfizer victims in August 2021.11 The authors suggested as possible cause a transient Lymphocytopenia, known to occur after the Pfizer jab. The authors pointed out that at the time of writing (27 July 2021), the European EudraVigilance database had reported 4,103 cases of Shingles after receiving Pfizer Tozinameran, accounting for 1.3% of total reported events after the jab, a much higher incidence than reported after AstraZeneca, Janssen or Moderna. This paper gives a convenient listing of numerous other reports that had been published prior.
Case study of 40 more victims from September 2021, behind a paywall.12
Swiss researchers reported 2 Pfizer and 1 Moderna Shingles victims in September 2021, with damage to the Eyes being a among the serious consequences.13
A “systematic review” of studies using data to the end of 2021 did not contribute to understanding of mechanism and downplayed the seriousness of Shingles induced by jabbing.14
A 2022 review identified the scale of the problem.15
Free paper from Japan in August 2022, very important because it found Synthetic Spike in the gaping Shingles wounds of one victim.16 See this excellent Substack contribution for details.17
In January 2023, another paper reported a man who suffered Shingles after his 3rd jab.18 By this time the European EudraVigilance database had recorded 15,887 cases of Shingles infection after BNT162b2 jabs, accounting for 1.5% of total reported events.
A 2023 systematic review gathered more epidemiologcal data.19
A 2023 review pointed to the increased risk of Death after Shingles reactivation.20
Marketing Shingles Jabs after Pfizer Jabs
We find ramped up advertising for Shingles Jabs, not only in blanket mainstream media, but here on Substack.21
Zostavax causes its own harms but getting compensation through the courts is tough.22
Pfizer Jab defeats previous Shingles Jab
In Las Vegas Nevada, medicos starting receiving reports of Shingles caused by the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA jabs and used social media to expand the number of cases, knowing that under-reporting to VAERS would be a problem with this Adverse Event.23 The authors were very keen to promote mass jabbing, but thought it their duty to warn of the hazard and so recommended pre-jab jabbing with Shingles jab!
In 2022 we find a paper from researchers in Greece and China, about a man who had never had chicken pox but did have full live attenuated Herpes Zoster jab 2 years before his Pfizer jab and broke out with Shingles.24
Pfizer Trial Jabs caused collapse of Lymphocytes
In the phase-I/II trial with BNT162b1 in 2020, a dose-dependent decrease in lymphocytes in the first days following injection was reported.25 This is before the change of buffer from Phosphate to Tromethamine.
Further details of Shingles caused by 2 different Pfizer jab candidate versions were published initially on 28 August 2020 as a preprint, updated 14 Oct 2020.26
The collapse of Lymphocytes was most dramatic and dose-dependent after BNT162b1, as seen in these averaged measurements for subjects aged 18 to 55 years. This jab candidate which encodes the Receptor Binding Domain, was rejected due to more severe Fever and other Adverse Events.
2018 review of possible mechanisms of Shingles
One of the best reviews of potential mechanisms of Shingles reactivation was published in 2018 and pointed to where further research should be directed.27
The authors provided information on 2 main signalling pathways implicated in Shingles reactivation:
1] PhosphatidylInositol-3 Kinase (PI3K)-Akt pathway
2] Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) pathway.
Depletion of nerve growth factor (NGF) receptor, TrkA, can lead to the reactivation of Shingles in some in vitro experiments.
Remdesivir reactivates Latent Viruses
Thanks to a subscriber (see comments) who pointed me to a paper showing the dangerous Covid19 treatment Remdesivir causes reactivation of Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), providing clues for Shingles activation.28 The authors also reported that Azithromycin and Nafamostat Mesylate have the same reactivation effect via the MAPK pathway and further promote virion replication via NF-κb signaling.
Endotoxin in Pfizer Jabs and Shingles
In an earlier article I mentioned the impact of the microRNA miR-155 which is upregulated by Endotoxin in the Pfizer jabs and how it is implicated in Leukemia and other Cancers.29
So we should be looking at the known impact of the Pfizer jabs on White Blood Cells.
It has been found30 that Lymphopenia is associated with increased rates of Death with multivariable adjusted hazard ratios of:
1.63 (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.51–1.76) for all causes,
1.67 (95% CI 1.42–1.97) for nonhematologic cancers,
2.79 (95% CI 1.82–4.28) for hematologic cancers,
1.88 (95% CI 1.61–2.20) for cardiovascular diseases,
1.88 (95% CI 1.55–2.29) for respiratory diseases,
1.86 (95% CI 1.53–2.25) for infectious diseases, and
1.50 (95% CI 1.19–1.88) for other causes.
Lessons from Kaposi’s-sarcoma-associated herpes virus ?
Searching the literature for information on Shingles is made a little more difficult by the large volume of research into the related herpesvirus - Kaposi’s-sarcoma-associated herpes virus (KHSV) that causes Cancer. This virus can also exhibit latency.31
I won’t attempt a review of this virus here. However it is interesting that this virus encodes a microRNA known as miR-K12-11 that functions as an orthologue of cellular miR-155, providing a replicative advantage to the KHSV through the down regulation of the expression of genes with known roles in cell growth and apoptosis.323334
miR-155 Target genes
The oncogenic human microRNA miR-155, which is upregulated by the Endotoxin in mRNA jabs, is known to target genes involved in Hematopoietic Stem Cell differentiation35 and Angiotensin II Type I Receptor.36
Georgantas et al. showed the massive impact of miR-155 on Immune cell differentiation of Human bone marrow CD34+ HematoPoietic Stem-Progenitor Cells (HSPCs) which are involved in production of mature blood cells, such as Erythrocytes, Leukocytes, Platelets, and Lymphocytes.
In silico predictions from their Transcriptome Interaction Database were confirmed by observing greatly reduced Myeloid and Erythroid colony formation of normal human HSPCs after transduction with miR-155.
miR-155 also upregulates or downregulates various other microRNAs in Macrophages and Dendritic cells, as shown in the following scheme of Dueck et al.37
Lines with a bar represent the inhibition by miR-155 in either expression level (solid line) or expression change (dotted line). Left, regulated miRNAs in macrophages, right, regulated miRNAs. Perhaps experts in microRNAs can be found who can give their insights into the various expected consequences of this disruption, however it is clear that the jab Endotoxin initiates a very complicated disturbance to health of the jabbees.
Sepsis Reactivates Viruses - Due to Endotoxin
In 2014, it was shown38 that Sepsis patients, i.e. those who had no exposure to Covid19, carried much higher measurable loads of Herpes, Epstein-Barr, Cytomegalovirus, indicating the inflammatory Cytokine Storm caused by Endotoxin weakened their immune suppression of the dormant viruses.
This update thanks to John Paul.
Conclusion
The evidence points to Endotoxin from the mRNA jabs being more important in Herpes, Epstein-Barr and other virus reactivation than the synthetic Spike protein.
