Endotoxins are so toxic that researchers have been driven to detect Femtogram levels in biological fluids. On a scale of toxicity, none of the LNP constituents come anywhere near that. However if eventually studies are done on ALC-0315 and its degradation products we will be able to place it on the logarithmic danger scale. Lipid A is about 50,000 as lethal as larger chunks of E coli cell walls.

DSPC is not a "diradical" and is NOT "an extremely volatile/reactive molecule with two free electrons" Due to its high molecular weight it has negligible vapour pressure.
